Reflections
Steve Mackenzie

A selection of photographs taken in Brighton, showing the surreal and sometimes comical effects created by multiple reflections. All photographs were taken ‘in camera’; without the use of double exposures or image-manipulation software. This is part of an on-going project.

A hope for common ground
Jack Champ

Series of informal portraits, which explore the connections and tensions between the diverse populations in the regenerated Old Harbor and Maddalena backstreet areas of Genoa, Italy.

In search of Commonality
Namrata Randhawa

Homo sapiens are one of the most unique species. Although we share common ancestry with Neanderthals, we are often adamant about proving how different we are.

As an immigrant, I spent the past two years determined to prove myself different. But I have come to realize that we all share some things in common. The difference of a land mass does not inherently mean we are different.

Over these two years, I have discovered that there is much common ground in our differences. This exhibition is a reflection of that realisation.
