Wooky Hole is a very special place that has passed from community to community for over 45,000 years.

It has been a place of worship, of ritual, a home, a sanctuary, a working mine, a place of exploration and of recreation. Carved out by Mother Nature, the caves continuously adapt to their current moment in time.

The prehistoric fern proves that even in the darkness, there is life.

I have been taking photos for as long as I can remember, covering most aspects of photography, including headshots, events and products. Having a photographic business based on Oxford Street, we recently celebrated 10 years at the studio and have always enjoyed being part of Photo Fringe. New experiences are always enjoyable and this was my first time shooting in an actual cave!
